To get the most out of this book, proficiency with at least one of
the creative suite applications is important. If you don't have that,
it will slow down your learning process. In the first section of the
book, you're given a general overview of automation and how it affects
our daily lives, with such activities such as breathing, the heart beating
or making a pot of coffee. According to the author, if we take a look,
we can easily see that automation supports a large part of our daily
lives.
